Zweng Housing Company is a full service builder that
specializes in custom modular homes from Hi-Tech Housing.
We serve St. Clair County including Marine City, Algonac, Saint Clair, New
Baltimore, Marysville, Port Huron, Cottrellville Twp,
China Twp, East China Twp, Casco Twp, Ira Twp, Richmond and
surrounding areas in South East Michigan including
Macomb County. Although we specialize in custom
modular homes, we also build conventional stick built
homes, and have vacant property for sale. Fully
licensed and insured, we have been building new homes
since 1997.We offer turn key packages where the home
is ready for you to move in, or a do it yourself package
where you become the general contractor.

These floor plans are suggestions, they can be changed
in any way or we can design a completely new plan to fit
