Floorplans
We are a custom modular home builder and have hundreds of floor plans available. There is everything from a 900 square foot ranch to cape cod and 2 story homes well over 4000 square feet. For some base model floor plans please go the manufactures web site at Hi-Tech Housing. These plans are suggestions only and can be changed or completely re-designed. The best approach to designing a home is to gather some basic requirements first: Size of house desired (square feet) One or two story home Number of bedrooms and bathrooms Style of home and property considerations Basement or crawlspace If one of the base models does not meet you needs, I will personally draw up new plans or make revisions to base models for your review.
